Information in relation to completion of Application Form

1. Please ensure that all questions are answered in full. Incorrectly completed or incomplete applications may not be processed.

2. Please ensure that you forward the following items with your application.

• Evidence of Public Liability Insurance Cover (not less than €6.5m cover in respect of any one accident) together with a specific Indemnity to Galway City Council.
   
• Evidence of Employers Liability If you are employing any person (not less than €13m cover in respect of any one accident) together with a specific Indemnity to Galway City Council.
   
• Copy of proposed advertisement notice.
   
• Map illustrating proposed locations of signage

3. The Acceptance of an Application by Galway City Council does not guarantee the granting of a licence. 

4. This Application Form and supporting documentation as submitted by you is subject to the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2014.

5. Your data will be stored and processed in line with Galway City Council’s Data Protection Guidelines under GDPR.

6. Applications to be submitted not less than 4 weeks prior to the event. Late applications will not be accepted. No fee is payable with this application.
